A: Each WAVE Box contains 4 or 5 selected products plus information and useful tips.

Who is the WAVE box for?

A: WAVE Boxes are for anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression or OCD.

Can I buy a WAVE box as a gift?

A: Yes, you can purchase a box as a gift for yourself or for a loved one. If you wish to send a box or a subscription as a gift simply fill in the recipient's delivery address and enter in the notes section at checkout that this is a gift item.

What are the subscription options?

A: There are lots of options to choose from!

- One Off- purchase a Wave Box for one month

-One-Off- Wavelet box!

- 3 Month Subscription: you'll receive a WAVE Box every month for 3 months! 

-3 Month Wavelet Box- you'll receive a wavelet Box every month for 3 months! 

-12 Month subscription- receive a full sized wave box every month for 12 months

-12 month Wavelet subscription- receive a wavelet box every month for 12 months

When will I receive my WAVE box?

A: When you purchase the One-Off option, we will aim to send the box within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. 

For Subscriptions: 

When you purchase a subscription you are ordering for the following month. So, for example, if you place an order on any day in January you will receive your box in February. 

All WAVE Boxes are dispatched on the 7th of each month, or the 1st working day after, by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. If you are out when your box arrives the postman should leave a card detailing your local sorting office. If you are concerned for the whereabouts of your WAVE Box delivery please contact your local sorting office as they hold parcels for a maximum of 18 calendar days.

Can I view WAVE boxes from previous months?

A: Yes, you can see pictures from previous months on our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Please follow the social media handles linked below to access our social media pages.

How much does a WAVE Box cost?

A: Each WAVE Box costs £25.00 plus £6.95 for postage and packing.

What payment method do you accept?

A: We accept one-off and direct debit payments via PayPal and our secure checkout service.

What if I want to write a blog post for the WAVE website?

A: WAVE is all about providing a community space where you can share your experiences regarding mental health issues. You are very welcome to contact us via the website's contact sheet found below. Please be aware that if your blog post is approved by us for the website, it will be accessible to all on the internet.

Are WAVE Boxes suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

A: Each WAVE Box contains a consumable/consumables and therefore we cannot guarantee that all of the items will be suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We do make a conscious effort to try and make all items suitable for everyone, but this isn't always possible.

Can I purchase WAVE branded items?

A: Yes! We will keep the website updated as these become available.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

A: We will be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription by emailing us at infowaveboxes@gmail.com

Please be aware that if you wish to cancel, you will need to inform us by the last day of the month in order to avoid being charged for the following month's box.

Can I get my WAVE Box sent sooner?

A: The One-Off  box is sent out between 3-5 working days after you purchase. This does not apply to the subscriptions.

What age group are WAVE Boxes suitable for?

A: We think that the boxes are best suited to adolescents and above.

When will payment be taken from my account?

A: The One-Off (£25.00 + £6.95 P&P) option is charged as soon as you place your order. Subscriptions are taken each month via direct debit.

How quickly do you respond to questions/queries that I might have?

A: We make it our aim to respond to you as soon as possible. However, please allow for a response time of up to 48hrs.

How do I change my delivery address information?

A: This can be done on your WAVE account where you can list your preferred delivery address. If you wish to change your delivery address after you've ordered please let us know before the end of the month at infowaveboxes@gmail.com
