Like waves in the ocean, bouts of anxiety and depression can rise and fall and sometimes they can be much stronger and longer lasting than usual - like a personal seventh wave. Here at WAVE we want to help you ride out those emotional peaks and troughs.
We are a subscription box service with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) very much in mind. We want to try to help alleviate symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), acute anxiety and depression.
Our boxes are created with you in mind and include tried and tested products used by like-minded individuals who also have these conditions. We believe that as well as focusing on stabilising the core foundations of CBT- hydration, good quality sleep, diet, exercise and socialising, you also deserve to be indulgently treated, comforted and reassured that you are never alone.
We have first hand experience of living with extreme anxiety and depression and we want to share our experiences to create a community based on knowledge, not fear. Our boxes, we believe, not only help to underpin CBT essentials but also include treats, information, high sensory items to awaken the senses and help a restless mind. We have also included therapy techniques to be used either personally or with your therapist.
This platform encourages individuals to confidently share their stories and to know that you are a part of a community. With a blog that aims to share advice, true stories and the realities of living with mental issues we want you to be a part of this.

FURTHER SUPPORT AND INFORMATION
A national voluntary organisation for those who self harm, or who are affected by friends or family who do. They provide online and postal support from those with personal experience and professionals.

TIME TO CHANGE
Time to Change is a social movement that aims to break the stigmas surrounding mental health problems. They aim to improve attitudes and behaviour towards mental health problems and end mental health discrimination.

No Panic is a charity that specialises in helping those who struggle with panic attacks, phobias, OCD and other anxiety illnesses.
